MLB ALL STAR WEEK 2023

In collaboration with Major League Baseball, local artists were commissioned to create murals lining the historic alleyway on seven, newly constructed outdoor art billboards – RailSpur’s latest public art contribution to Pioneer Square. The series of curated public artworks for the All-Star Alley activation were anticipated to capture the dynamic spirit of the sporting community and art scene, enriching shared experiences and stimulating conversations among sports fans, art enthusiasts, and casual observers alike. This initiative did not only amplify the voices of local artists on a grand stage, but contributed to cultivating an evolving culture of appreciation and engagement within the diverse communities of Seattle’s storied Pioneer Square.
